These terms govern your use of the 360Planter application and website, operated by Leap9x Ventures Private Limited ("Leap9x", "we", "us"), a company registered in India. By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms.
1. What 360Planter provides
360Planter is a self-service gardening assistant. It offers watering, feeding and spraying reminders, estimated quantities, weather-based suggestions and AI-generated guidance. All guidance is advisory and based on the information you enter and on third-party weather and AI services.
2. No guarantee of plant or crop outcomes
Plant health depends on soil, climate, water quality, pests, seed quality and care factors outside our control. Leap9x does not warrant germination, yield, plant survival or freedom from disease, and is not liable for loss of plants, crops, soil inputs or seeds arising from following in-app suggestions.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate details about your plants, location and inventory, to use the app lawfully, and to keep your login and any share links confidential. You are responsible for verifying any dosage, fertiliser or pesticide suggestion against the product label before applying it, and for following local regulations on garden chemicals and water use.
4. AI and voice features
Diagnosis, remedy and scanning features use automated systems and can be wrong or incomplete. They are not professional agronomic, medical or veterinary advice. Always check important decisions with a qualified local expert.
5. Paid passes
Paid plant-capacity passes are digital subscriptions sold in Indian Rupees. Prices, inclusions and capacity limits shown in the app at the time of purchase apply. Please also read our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Partner and distribution agents
Distribution agents registered through the Partner Network are independent parties, not employees or agents of Leap9x. Commissions are payable only on verified, completed and non-refunded paid passes attributed to the agent's tracking link. Leap9x may withhold commissions in cases of fraud, self-referral or misrepresentation of the product.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leap9x's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost harvests or loss of data.
8. Suspension and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and may suspend accounts that breach these terms or misuse the service. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the registered office of Leap9x Ventures Private Limited have exclusive jurisdiction.
