360Planter is operated by Leap9x Ventures Private Limited. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Account details
We store your name, mobile number and, where you use social sign-in, the email address your provider shares. These identify your account and secure your garden data. We do not sell personal data.
2. Location data
With your permission, the app reads your device's approximate latitude and longitude, or a postal code you type, to fetch local weather and work out watering amounts and sowing windows. Coordinates are kept against your profile only. You can decline the location prompt and still use the app with a postal code or without weather features, and you can remove saved coordinates from your profile settings.
3. Voice input and the Web Speech API
Voice commands use your browser's built-in Web Speech API. The recording is handled by your browser and its speech service, not by us; we receive only the resulting text. We do not store audio recordings. On most browsers the recognised text is processed on the provider's servers, so avoid dictating anything confidential. The microphone runs only while you hold or tap the voice button, and you can use every feature by tapping instead of speaking.
4. Photos
Plant, seed and packet photos you take or upload are stored in a private storage area tied to your account and are readable only through your signed-in session. When you use a scanning or diagnosis feature, the photo is sent to our AI processing provider to produce the result; it is not used to identify you.
5. Garden and inventory data
Plants, zones, tasks, pantry stock, seed packs and activity history are stored so the app can schedule care. Family share links you create expose only the plant care list you selected, for the dates you set.
6. Partner details
For distribution agents we store business name, mobile number, bank account, IFSC, PAN and, if provided, GST number. These are used solely to identify the agent and pay commissions, are never shown publicly, and are not displayed again in the partner dashboard after registration.
7. Service providers
We use hosting, database, weather and AI processing providers to run the service. They process data only to deliver these functions under contract with us.
8. Retention and your rights
We keep your data while your account is active. You may ask us to correct or delete your account data, and you can delete individual plants, photos, seed packs and share links at any time in the app. Requests can be sent through the support contact shown in the app.
9. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
